Associate Laboratory Analytics (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring quality-compliant completion of control and release analytics for intermediate and final products
• Analyzing and evaluating test results, as well as preparing and reviewing related documents
• Performing data entry and maintaining GMP-compliant documentation
• Managing OOx procedures and overseeing Change Control processes
• Acting as a liaison between Quality Control, the laboratory, and other departments
• Creating work schedules to ensure compliant lab operations according to legal and GMP standards
• Conducting training sessions

Your qualifications:

• Degree in a natural science discipline, preferably in Biology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy, or a comparable field (Bachelor’s or Master’s of Science)
• Strong knowledge in immunological, microbiological, and/or biochemical analysis required
• GMP experience and familiarity with international pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines are a plus
• Independent and team-oriented working style
• High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills tailored to target audiences
• Proficiency in German (C1) and good English skills (B2)
