Deputy Head of Manufacturing (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as Deputy Head of Manufacturing in accordance with § 12 AMWHV
• Supervising, planning, executing, and evaluating biotechnological manufacturing processes
• Overseeing, together with the Technical Department, the qualification of equipment and the calibration of measurement tools
• Taking primary responsibility for the validation of manufacturing processes and cleaning procedures
• Conducting employee training sessions
• Reviewing manufacturing instructions and reports
• Collaborating with the Regulatory Affairs department to prepare regulatory documents
• Maintaining the document management system

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy
• Experience in the (bio)pharmaceutical field (fermentation, protein purification) is preferred
• Strong initiative, conceptual, and analytical skills
• Excellent proficiency in both English and German, spoken and written
• Good IT skills (MS Office, electronic document management systems, equipment software)
• Knowledge of GMP or other regulated environments
