Our client is an internationally operating pharmaceutical company specializing in the biotechnological production of active ingredients.

Head of Manufacturing (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities include:

• Acting as Head of Manufacturing in accordance with § 12 AMWHV
• Supervising, planning, executing, and evaluating biotechnological manufacturing processes
• Overseeing, in collaboration with the Technical Department, the qualification of equipment and the calibration of measurement tools
• Validating manufacturing processes and cleaning procedures
• Conducting employee training sessions
• Preparing manufacturing instructions and reports
• Working closely with the Regulatory Affairs department to prepare regulatory documents

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or Pharmacy
• Several years of experience in the production within the (bio)pharmaceutical field
• Strong initiative, conceptual, and analytical skills
• Excellent proficiency in German, both spoken and written
• Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Good IT skills (MS Office, electronic document management systems, equipment software)
